The 31st Asia-Pacific Conference on Communications is scheduled to take place during November 10-12, 2026 in Xi'an, China.
The APCC (Asia-Pacific Conference on Communications), which is an international forum focusing on communications and information technology, has been hosted in 10 Asia-Pacific (AP) countries since 1993, i.e. Korea (1993, 2000, 2006, 2012, 2022), Japan (1995, 2001, 2008, 2015, 2025), China (1999, 2004, 2009, 2018), Australia (1997, 2005, 2017, 2023), Indonesia (2002, 2013, 2016, 2024), Malaysia (2003, 2011, 2021), Thailand (2007, 2014), Singapore (1998), New Zealand (2010), and Vietnam (2019).
After a peer reviewing process, all accepted papers after proper registration and presentation, will be published in the conference proceedings, by IEEE, and reviewed by the IEEE Conference Publication Program for IEEE Xplore, and submitted for indexing by EI Compendex and Scopus.
August 31, 2026 is the final date to submit your original manuscript through the APCC 2026 online submission system. Late submissions cannot be accepted.
Authors will receive notification of acceptance or rejection by September 30, 2026. Reviewer comments will be sent together with the notification.
Final camera-ready papers must be uploaded by October 15, 2026. At least one author of each accepted paper must register for the conference.
The 31st APCC will be held from November 10 to 12, 2026 in Xi'an, China. The program includes keynote speeches, technical sessions, special sessions, and social events.
